It is a viable alternative treatment option for those looking to avoid injections and conventional therapy. It is commonly used for heel pain (both Plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis), sprains, tendinitis. Medical journals have published its efficacy when used as a therapy in healing chronic wounds.
